+neha jhabak Mixer Grinder isn’t a good choice! You can use a spoon or
fork and use that to whip the cream, just make a round turning and whip for
about 5-6 mins and it’ll be good :)

another quick question. which brand of dark chocolate did you use?
Helllo chef! Im a big time follower of u! As its winter season mango wont
be available, so can i replace mango pulp with mango crush or something
else?
Is that any other option for agar agar?

ummmm yummy…now suppose if i dont want mango,i want strawberry then do i
make the same way i make mango…n i will have to puree the strawberry or i
will have to use its crush?
+Geeta Thachapully I just poured that in a sauce pan and heated until it
simmers up from sides. You can also microwave the pulp for a minute and it
should be fine :)
