This is very tasty for sure. If you want an original recipe for tonkatsu
sauce, go to COOKINGINRUSSIA here on youtube. his recipe goes back many
years when Japan first started making this, and its very different that the
sauce sold in the USA today but it is very authenic. Give him a try, you
wont be disappointed

Dear Noriko san and Yuko san I am japanese from Nagoya about your age. We
have what they call Misokatsu.. Instead of sweet Tonkatsu sauce, try sweet
miso sauce. It’s very Nagoya. I live in Idaho and have just tried Moss
Burger style katsu burger. My son and his friends absolutely love them.
“we know its not healthy… but deep fried pork is really good!” loved
that. And I love Tonkatsu
