Tikka Boti (Eid Ul Adha Special)

Food Ingredients:
1 Meat cubes (Lamb/Beef/Chicken) 1 kilogram 2 Ginger crushed 2 inch long piece 3 Garlic crushed one medium pod 4 Lemon juice 2 teaspoon 5 Yoghurt beaten 4 tablespoon 6 Spices: Salt to taste, Chilli pepper 1- 2 teaspoon,

Recipe preparation:
1 Thoroughly wash the meat cubes 2 Now add ginger, garlic, lemon juice, yoghurt and spices to these meat cubes and mix well. 3 Leave in a cool place for 2 hours to marinate. 4 Insert marinated meat cubes in skewers (seekhs) and grill/ broil over charcoal fire till meat is tender. Sprinkle oil drops during grilling. 5 Delicious Tikka boti is ready 6 Serve with mint chutney and salad
