Stuffed Green Bell Peppers Recipe

Place a pot of water over high heat and add 1-1/2 cups of white rice. Boil until done then drain and sit aside.

Get a bowl and combine sliced stewed tomatoes, 1 small can of tomato paste, 2 tbs of light brown sugar, 1 tsp of whole oregano and 1 tsp of red crushed peppers. Stir all in well and sit aside

Get 2 onions and slice 1 onion into really small pieces and slice the other onion up into big long pieces

Take your pan and place it over high heat

To the pan, add your ground beef and sweet Italian sausage meat {make sure to squeeze the meat out of the fat first as shown in the video}

Add your small sliced onions

Add 1 tsp of minced garlic

Season with 1 tbs of celery salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of black pepper and stir in well and allow the meat to fry for about 25 minutes or until done [as shown in the video]

While it’s cooking, get your baking pan. And spread some of the mixed sauce to the pan. And sit your large sliced onion pieces over the sauce

Next, cut your peppers [as shown in the video]

Place the bell peppers in the pan side by side

Get a big mixing bowl

To the bowl add the fried beef, 2 tbs of ketchup, 2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce, white rice, 3/4 of the shredded Parmesan cheese and most of the sauce mixture.

Stir well

Scoop that into the bell peppers

Place some of the sauce mixture to the top of the bell peppers and sprinkle with the remaining shredded parmesan cheese

Bake on 350 for about 1 hour

And that’s How To Make Stuffed Bell Peppers
