You’re trying to eat a bit healthier? Yeah. I’m sure you dropped 3 to 4
stone since this was posted. Ha ha. I’ll pretend to believe that at a
    later date.

Now that I still have half a batch of overpriced wings in the fridge, this
is a top contender for what I’m gonna make tomorrow. Thanks for this great
    recipe, Larry.

Yes they would be good,i have heard not to crowd meat together so they
don’t boil thin the juice they create i have like you here and the only
difference is the meat would take longer to brown. It would be a little
easier to mix if you mixed all the stuff in a bowl and then on the
    chicken.Anyway looks good

I wanted to come back to let you know that I have made these 2 times
already and I used tablespoon of oil and everything came out good, so good
that my daughter had me make them again. Keep those recipes coming. Do
you have a recipe for garlic parmesan chicken wings.

Fantastic idea, and I’m loving the no starches. I might do come carrots and
broccoli on the side. Thanks Hun, love your lower fat recipes

I love the input. I only had EVOO and thought it would conflict with the
flavor. What’s a good ‘neutral’ oil that’s healthier to use? Thanks for
    watching and for the input!!

Nice, I do exactly the same thing with boned out thighs, but I marinate the
meat for a few hours in the teriyaki sauce, pat them dry, then fry
