Tea and Fruit Punch
Food Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water 1 cinnamon stick 4 cloves 1/2 teaspoon Earl Grey tea leaves 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups tropical fruit juice concentrate 1 lemon, sliced 1 small orange, sliced 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Recipe preparation:
1 Bring the water to a boil in a pan with the cinnamon stick and cloves. Remove from the heat and add the tea leaves. Leave to brew for about 5 minutes. Stir and strain in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 2 Add the sugar and the juice concentrate and allow to rest until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture cooled. Place the fruit and cucumber in a chilled punch bowl and pour over the tea mix. Chill for a further 24 hours before serving.
