Tasty Creole Rice and Beans
Food Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice, cooked 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup corn 1/2 cup onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 small roma tomato, seeded and chopped 1/4 small yellow bell pepper, diced 1 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning
Recipe preparation:
1 Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and add oil. Heat over medium heat. 2 Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 – 4 minutes until softened. 3 Add remaining ingredients and cook another 5 – 6 minutes until flavors are blended and ingredients heated through.
