Tapioca Date Pudding
Food Ingredients:
1/2 cup minute tapioca 3 cups cold water 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 2/3 cup chopped dates 2/3 cup chopped nuts Whipping cream
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine all ingredients except whipping cream and cook in top of double boiler for 1 hour. Pudding will thicken when cool. Serve in sherbet dishes and top with whipped cream.
