1 1/2 Tablespoons Parsley
1 Tablespoon Dill
1 Large Whole Egg (or 2 Large Egg Whites if you’re trying to cut down on fat)
1 Can Tuna
1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats

Turn your Rolled Oats into flour by blending or processing them together until they look like flour. Drain your Tuna. Combine all of your ingredients together into a bowl. Mix everything together. Shape into four cakes. Place your cakes on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 20:00. Flip over and bake on 350°F/176°C for another 10:00. Enjoy!

Use lettuce instead of bread for your bun!

I wish Amigo would sit on the bar stool across from Beefcake. Amigo would
of course be wearing a chef’s hat. 😀 Hmmm…how else could I improve
these videos? Wrestling trunks only on Beefcake? I say yes! 😀
Okay, time for my meds.
Uh o just saw you dont have a sweet potato pancake recipe. I need for you
to fix that. Would love to see if you would make it with apple sauce, oats,
or liquid egg whites as a binder?

Hmm…shouldn’t be dry. I would say that maybe they were cooked a tad too
long? Your oven could run hotter than normal. I’d cook at a lower temp or a
bit less next time.
