Buff Dude Burrito Ingredients:

5 Slices (140 Grams) Lean Turkey Meat
1 Large Sweet Potato
1/3 Cup (28 Grams) Grated Cheese
5 Egg Whites
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
Salsa, Hot Sauce or Onions Optional

If you want a low carb, low fat option, just remove the tortillas and cheese!

    I cannot stand sweet potato/yams whatever. Fucking nasty. The only sweet
    potato i like is from Boston Market the sweet potato sweet cake thingies.
    I will try this recipe with regular potato.

    Good burritos, I’m just not sure I would eat them in that
    combinations. Some things to consider, dude. Research food combining to
    optimize digestion and energy. Aerosol?…not too cool. There are hand
    versions, one by Pampered Chef. Keep up the good things in your life.

    scramble would be nutritious…cheese…not nutritious…all salt & oil,
    no?
