I like to use a splash (or actually, quite a lot of) pineapple juice to add
some more sweetness and fruitiness… Also, for a more brightred colour, I
like to add a teaspoon of tomato puree (it also helps the acidity). I like
to add a bit of lime juice at the end, just for a final zing… And of
course a lot more vegetables than these guys use: carrot, onion, bell
peppers,…
