Ingredients (Serves 2 | Prep time: 10m Cooking time: 25m | 584 calories & 26g fat p/serving):
– 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
– 1 Onion
– 1 red pepper
– 1 can Pineapple Chunks in Juice
– 1 1/2 tbsp Caster Sugar
– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
– 4 tbsp Tomato Puree
– 1 tsp Mustard
– 125g Beansprouts
– 150g Mange Tout
