I’m making these tonight for my husband and I for dinner. Looks delish

Hmmmmmm, may i make a request? from one former cook to and current cook,
try some “deep fried salad”, it’s onion rings, bell pepper rings (different
colors) and fried mushrooms, sprinkled with garlic, salt/pepper and what
ever spices you want. I serve them over beer marinated steak tips and OH
MAN, MMMMMMMMMMMM. just a thought.
We had them for our dinner last night. And they were so good Patrick. Give
it a try for dinner sometime. You’ll impress your friends for sure. 🙂

I’d wait until the Potatoes were about done before adding the Onions. If I
added them too soon they’d burn, too late and they’d be crunchy. It’s kind
of a trial and error thing. After doing this recipe for many years I’ve
learned the timing and how long to let them sit and caramelize. I have
Vegetarian friends that I cook for and they Love Onions in this Potato
