Sugar Free Rhubarb Jam
Food Ingredients:
6 cups rhubarb 1/4 cup water 3 ounces sugar free gelatin, raspberry or strawberry 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
Recipe preparation:
1 Cook rhubarb and water until soft. Let cool completely and then add sugar free gelatin and sugar substitute. Put in clean jars and refrigerate.
