Roast Chicken Cantonese

Food Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon salt 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon ginger root, minced 1/4 cup green onion, chopped 1 3 1/2 lb Fryer Chicken

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine and mix together in a mixing bowl. Rub one 3 1/2 pound fryer in and out with the mixture. Marinate for 45 minutes before roasting. 2 Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can also be done with chicken pieces.
