OMFG!!! I absolutely LOVE Chicken Cordon Bleu! It was one o the very first recipes I perfected as a young bride so that I could serve it to guest for dinners, since it always looks so impressive when it's served, and most of the hands on work can be done ahead of time, so you aren't stuck in the kitchen cooking when your dinner guest arrive. In fact, all you really have to do is stick the chicken in the oven when all your dinner guest first arrive, and the time you all have talked a bit, maybe had a glass of wine and an appetizer or two, your chicken will be done! Serve it with a beautiful salad, warm fresh sourdough bread (or a bread of your choice) and you'll be the hostess with the mostess!!
