any suggestions on dealing with the seeds? the first small batch i made was
a bit gritty. i was thinking after the puree but before addding milk/cream
Chef John, I can’t use cream (too much fat), do you think this recipe would
work using 2% fat Greek yogurt instead?
It would help to leave container in the freezer before transferring ice
cream.
