Strawberry Cupcakes

Food Ingredients:
100 grams Butter, softened 200 grams Sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup Milk (250ml) 1 teaspoon Baking soda 220 grams All Purpose Flour (plain flour) 1/4 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoons Baking powder tablespoon about 3-4 Strawberry filling (use this for strawberry ice cream roll)

Recipe preparation:
1 Method: 2 Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in a bowl. Dissolve baking soda in milk. 3 Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, continue beating. 4 Then add in the rest of the ingredients beat till smooth (about one minute). 5 Stop machine and add strawberry filling into it, mix well. 6 Spoon batter into greased paper cases or silicone cups to 3/4 full. 7 Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for about 20-25 mins or until skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
