Stir Fry – Celery Carrot with Chicken and Roasted Cashew

Here is simple steps of making an easy and common Chinese stir fry. It’s a very common in Chinese homemade dish.

Ingredients:
Celery, Carrot, Garlic, Chicken Breast, and Roasted Cashew (optional)

Steps:
1. Cut celery and carrots
2. Mince Garlic
3. Cut chicken in pieces
4. Marinate chicken with salt, honey and pepper.
5. Put oil in wok
6. put in garlic
7. stir fry chicken, and take them out when it’s cooked.
8. use the same wok, stir fry the celery and carrot, cover about 1-2 mins
9. Put chicken back into the work and stir fry.
10. Mix corn starch with water and make a paste, and put to the stir fry.
11. When it’s about ready, put in the cashew.
12. Don’t over cook it!

Preparation time: ~15 mins
Cook time: ~10 mins

Serve family stir or over rice! Enjoy!
