Gordon Ramsay visits some nurses on a night shift to show them how to eat healthy fast food. From Season 3 of The F Word. Gordon prepares sticky lemon chicken served with champ and green beans in the time it takes them to buy the junk food from the local garage.

How is it possible that women who for thousands of years have been cooking dont know how to cook something fast? Im a dude and u can make a banquet in less that half an hour. And they ask why some men leave there wives.unless you work 18 hours a day you have no excuse for making shitty food.
Why doesn't facility like these hire a cook? I mean just one cook can feed 20 people easily. And if someone wants late night meal, have the cook prepare them, put in the fridge and then it can be reheated.
I make this all the time, I reccomend u sear the chicken good getting the skin a Lil crispy outside before u start the actual prosess, and don't add too much water !
Nurses, underpaid and underrated as they are, deserve to be fed good nutritious healthy food. Because of them.. and a couple of doctors I suppose, my mother is well taken care during her 'trip' to the ward. To every nurses in bloody hospitals everywhere!
He has the filthiest mouth ever! Such a shame for such a great chef! Horrible language and so often in every sentence.
I think that cooking is something you should really devote at least a little time to making something delicious, because it's a basic human necessity. If you're going to eat, then you may as well eat good food.

1: NO nurse wants to spend their break cooking…if they get a break. 2. In what world does the nurse leave mid shift (even if on break) to go to the store to pick up food…they bring whatever they want to eat with them. Unless there is a cafe in the hospital. 3. Who is going to do the clean up after? I'm a trauma nurse and IF I get my break ..I spend it sleeping ANYWHERE or eating what I already prepared at home.
