Spicy Cashew Chicken Stir Fry – By Vahchef @ vahrehvah.com

Spicy Cashew Chicken stir fry is an exotic dish that is truly enticing. A medley of exotic veggies and battered fried chicken mixed stir fried in spicy, sweet and tangy slurry

Ingredients:
Chicken 500 g
Tomato ketchup 1 tb
Vinegar 1 tb
Soya sauce 1 tb
Chilly sauce 1 ts
Red Chilly paste 1 tb
Beaten egg 1 n
Corn flour 2 tb
Salt
Crushed pepper 1 tb
Cashew nuts 10 n
Ginger garlic chopped
Green chilly 8 n
Bell pepper 2 n
Spring onions 1ts
Onion 1 n

Directions:
1. Take a bowl adds vinegar, tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, chilly sauce, chilly paste, and mix it up and keep it aside.
2. Take another bowl add beaten egg, corn flour, salt, Soya sauce, and chicken, and add crushed pepper, and mix it well.
3. And deep fry the chicken till golden colour.
4. Heat oil in a pan add cashew nuts fry them till golden colour, and add ginger garlic chopped, slices of green chilly, and add already made slurry, come to a boil add bell pepper, sauté them and add onions and fried chicken toss them and add spring onions, and switch off the flame
