Ingredients:
2 lb orange starchy vegetables like any type of winter squash, sweet potatoes or yams
1 cup green peas
1 cup baby carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of no-salt seasoning
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 lemon juiced
1 organic vegetable bouillon cube
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 pinch allspice
2-3 liters water or as needed
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
