    So, I looked through the store and didn’t see rib rub?! Am I missing
    something? Can I use something else?

    They were wrapped bone side up and came out of the oven meat side up.
    Magic! Someone as experienced as Emeril should know that baking meat in an
    oven is NOT BBQ.
