Simple Italian appetizers taught by chef Kashia Cave of Meriden

Kashia Cave, chef and owner of My City Kitchen in Meriden, taught a class at Boscov’s in Meriden about simple Italian appetizers made with extra virgin olive oil. Cave made a triple meat crostini and an easy, personal pan pizza with cheese, sauce, and arugula.

Boscov’s recently started offering all kinds of classes for the month of February.
