Savory Spiced Carrots
Food Ingredients:
2 carrots, peeled and cut into 3”strips 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 1 pinch black pepper 1 pinch ginger 2 pinches turmeric 3 pinches coriander 3 pinches cumin 1/16 teaspoon salt
Recipe preparation:
1 Sauté carrots in olive oil on med-low heat. Sprinkle with salt and cover, stirring every few minutes. 2 When carrots are crisp-tender, add garlic and spices. Cover and turn off heat. 3 After a few minutes, stir and serve.
