I always grill skinless & boneless chicken thighs and use all kind of
different marinades. You can’t go wrong!! They are incredibly moist and
simply delicious. Thank you Chef for this recipe!

I just did this recipe with 2 changes….. I used chicken breasts and I
forgot to use the maple syrup…. it was a huge hit for the whole
family….. the chili was a bottle of sriracha hot chili sauce… its from
California and found it easily in my local grocer…under $3… and used
white vinegar instead of the rice wine vinegar(saved 70%)…… i don’t
think anyone except for the producer of this clip will be able to tell you
where to get this “Calabrian chili”…. this was an awesome recipe….
    thanks Food Wishes !!! 10/10

If u want really juicy chicken or steak or anything on the grill, brush the
hot grill with salt water, it forms a white crust on the grill and seasons
the food perfectly as gives it an unbelievable crust and juicy center
