Yes my voice sounds pretty weird in this one! I actually had an allergic

My geode didn’t form crystals. It just became solid. Maybe I didn’t
dissolve the sugar as well as you did. I will try again.

you know why i absolutely love your channel? because you make the extra
effort that most people would just narrate and you actually make parts of
the recipe the wrong way. For rookies like me, sometimes it’s important to
see what happens when you don’t follow the recipe:)

it melted the fondant into a mess.

Best way I’ve found yet of remembering my solutions section in Chemistry!
The slower this saturated solution cools, the larger the crystals will be-
and when the solution is heated, the solvent (water) becomes capable of
holding more solute (sugar) so cool! :)

Hi there, can I ask…. why did you use a bowl, flour, bowl, flour, foil
….. rather than just 1 bowl with flour then foil? on the chocolate
version. My daughter (7) is inthralled with this idea (ok, me too) and we
have made a plan to make them for her birthday in April. We plan to try
small ones to give to her friends 🙂 Thanks for the great tutorial. Liss
