Beef Roulade is a traditional dish in Germany and Austria. Beef is filled with mustard, onion and pickles and rolled. Then fryed and slow cooked.
Preparing this dish is almost the same everywhere. As usual side dishes serve red cabbage and depending on the region boiled potatoes , mashed potatoes, salad, noodles or dumplings
