Hi Dani, Just stumbled upon your videos and very intrigued by several
recipes, this one included. Is there anywhere that you say how many
servings this is for? This doesn’t seem to be as much of something that
will keep a long time as other recipes seem to be, is why I ask. Love the
simple but clearly tasty dishes that you have chosen. thanks

Dear Dani – if possible just buy Indian Pressure Cooker – This recipe will
get cooked in just 5 min in a pressure cooker – I make this cooked dal
(lentils) almost everyday – add some chopped cilantro in end – we love
    having it with boiled rice

Nice site & video – i used to make this ags ago BUT forgot how to make it
    – -very well explained – unlike other vids – which don’t say how long to
soak the lentils – or which type – or how much to add -the basics of
lentils – saw your other video – -fast direct to the point very well
explained -inc extra ingredients – to a minimum & herbs – nice one ! :)

Just a tip: If you soak lentil in room temperate water for one hr or over
night prior to cooking then lentils will cook very fast.
