    it is quiet simple.
    if you adding cream only because you can’t make it creamy, you are a bad
    cook.
    properly mix your eggs/parmesan sauce, and at the end add a bit of pasta
    water to make it creamy. this works for all pasta.

    if you adding cream because you prefer that taste, that’s all you.

    if you ask me, adding cream you are masking pure taste of eggs, panceta,
    parmesan and pepper.
