Pumpkin Spice Latte

Food Ingredients:
1/4 cup (1-2 shots) espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Syrup pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, or cinnamon (optional) Whipped cream (optional)

Recipe preparation:
1 Without an espresso machine: In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir pumpkin puree into milk. Add the syrup. Heat until steaming, stirring constantly. Do not burn. 2 Transfer milk mixture to a blender and whip for 20 seconds, until foaming. Pour into a tall mug and pour coffee over the top. Top with Whipped cream (optional) and dust with ground pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg. 3 With an espresso machine: Pour syrup into a medium mug and pull the shots. Steam the milk. Add shots to syrup, and then add the steamed milk. Top with Whipped cream (optional) and dust with nutmeg.
