Protein Berry Coconut Flour Pancakes!
Food Ingredients:
1/2 scoop of Biochem Acai and Whey Protein Powder 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour 3/4 cup Egg Whites 3 tablespoons Water 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Flaxseeds Topping Sugar Free Maple Syrup mixed with Walden Farms Sugar Free Bl Galaxy Granola Not Sweet Vanilla 1 sliced Banana
Recipe preparation:
1 Put all Ingredients in a blender except for the granola and banana 2 Cook Pancakes on skillet or griddle and you got some yummy pancakes!!!!
