Meh, not meaning to insult Heston I think he's a good chef but this is way too pretentious. I myself hate those cheap pot noodles and frankly, this with it's cubed mushrooms and that dry chicken and those noodles with all that gelatin and crap, plus the intricate way it got set up looks unappetizing and I wouldn't touch this 'feast' with a ten foot pole. I like my food rustic not pretentious!

I respect his work, but i seriously doubt that the taste is good on these noodles. Too much seaweed can kill any dish, especially if it is not roasted.
