On this video recipe I take a pork tenderloin and infuse it with Korean flavors for a killer simple and flavor packed sandwich.

Pork Marinade
1 large or 2 small pork tenderloins (about 1-1/4 lb.)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 Tbs. light brown sugar
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1 Tbs. Sriracha

Krean Aioli
3/4 -1 Cup Mayo
2 tablespoons Gochujang
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Cucumber Pickle
1 large English cucumber sliced very thinly
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon finely minced fresh chili pepper
generous pinch of salt
