Pork Kabobs
Food Ingredients:
pound Lean Boneless Pork Tenderloin cup Orange Juice cup Wine Vinegar 1 Clove Garlic minced teaspoon Oregano crushed 2 smalls Onions quartered 1 lrg Bell Pepper cut in 1″ pieces pound Fresh Mushrooms washed
Recipe preparation:
1 Trim fat and cut pork into 1″ cubes. Combine juice, vinegar, garlic and oregano. Place pork, onion, pepper and mushrooms in a bowl; add marinade, then cover and marinate 2 hours at room temperature. Put pork and vegetables alternately on skewers; grill over medium heat, turning frequently. Baste with marinade every 12-15 minutes or until meat is done. 2 Serves 6. 3 Serving Size : 6
