Popcorn With Fennel Pollen
Food Ingredients:
1 cup popcorn kernels, preferably white popcorn Oil 2 tablespoons Butter Salt (the finer the better) 2 pinchs Fennel Pollen
Recipe preparation:
1 Heat the oil in the bottom of a large pot (enough to cover the bottom). 2 Add the popcorn kernels, close the lid, and turn the heat up to high. 3 Turn the heat off when the popping slows down. 4 Empty the popcorn into a large bowl. 5 Add the butter into the hot pot to melt. 6 Pour the melted butter over the popcorn. 7 Season to taste with salt and pollen.
