I just had white chicken chili for the first time a couple weeks back, and I loved it. I'm for sure going to try your recipe. Found your blog by surfing through some sub-links to my nieces blog. Great stuff!

I have to say that I am big fan of all your video. This is going to be my next dish to try out. Since I'm only cooking for myself are there any special technique to saving the left over? Keep up with your excellent videos.

This recipe came out very good. I think that the mixture without the beans and broth at 2:59 would make a great topping for Nachos or as stuffings for grilled sandwiches.
