Globe-trotting YouTuber FunForLouis joins Jamie for an easy piri piri chicken recipe set to rival his favourite Nando’s dish. Chicken, flavoured with a smoked paprika and thyme oil, is seared on the griddle before being roasted in the oven with super crispy sweet potato fries.
Served with two spicy salsas made from jalapeño peppers, blackened chillies, garlic, tomatoes, and a crisp refreshing coleslaw, this dish really packs a punch.

Nandos was a Friday night must with a movie after a long week at work when
