Persian Chicken

Food Ingredients:
8 whl Chicken Thighs 2 ounces Butter 3 tablespoons Garam Marsala 1 whl Onion 3 ounces Ground Almonds 3 ounces Blanched Almonds For Decoration 4 whl Cardamom 1 whl Bay Leaf 1/4 pint Double Cream Or Yoghurt

Recipe preparation:
1 1. Brown chicken and onion, add garam masala and seasoning 2. 1/2 pt water boil, cover simmer 40 minstill cooked 3.add cream,remove bay leaf and cardamon, decorate with almonds and onions.
