Had to share one of my favorite pie recipes this holiday season. I make it every year on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I first saw this recipe on the Rachael Ray Show and had to make it a staple to my holiday baking. Super easy and delicious. It is the best of both worlds if you (like me) love pumpkin pie, and have someone else who prefers pecan pie!
