Hi Amy, The pots are made by Le Creuset and are in 'teal'.
Triple cooked is the way McDonald's does it as well. It isn't anything new. The Belgians do the same thing. It is very effective though.

This is the Heston I wish we saw more of, ernest, inquisitive enthusiastic; for the life of me I don't understand why channel 4 make him act as a bumbling moron.
