Pan Fryed Gray Mullet
Food Ingredients:
gray mullet (Mugil sp.) cutlets (as many as you wish) salt and pepper to taste vegetable oil
Recipe preparation:
1 Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. 2 Heat the oil to about 370 oF (about 180 oC). 3 Fry the fish untill golden. 4 Enjoy the real fish flavor.
