what can I replace the buttermilk with?
The Chicken appeals anyway because I like my Kentucky Fried Chicken. The Waffles very delicious and I can't wait to give them a go.
I'm a bit hesitant on this recipe. I found the waffle to be too floppy. It reminded me more of a pancake than a waffle.

Skinless….what a crime. Recipe came out awesome. I only did the chicken, but kept the skin on.

Do you really need the egg if the chicken is soaked in buttermilk? I make this chicken with regular breadcrumbs and never need the egg, is it used here because they are cornflakes?
