Recipe ingredients and directions:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 pound cooked and drained Chinese egg noodles
1/4 cup sesame seeds toasted
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 scallions sliced on the diagonal
Melt butter in pan or wok. Add every thing except scallions. Heat
well. Remove to platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions or
scallions.
