    i make my with white onions, apple cider vinegar, white dry wine, sugar …

    Pressure cooker will cook the onion down but would allow you to reduce the
    amount of liquid to create the thickness. It’s one of those recipes that
    just take time to do. The slow cooking is what gives the flavour.

    Regulare brown onions and even white onions will work just as well
