Recipe ingredients and directions:
120g flour
150ml water
1 egg
120g finely sliced cabbage
Stir together flour, water and egg. Add cabbage. Combine well.
Start frying it. Put raw meat, fish or vegetables on top.
When it’s solidified at the bottom, turn it upside down. Fry it
some more, until it’s nice and brown.
Garnish with mayonnaise, brown sauce (okonomiyaki sauce if you can
get it) and chopped red ginger.
