    here are some cooking tips that I would recommend:

    1) use a cutting board not a plate to cut your fruit and bread
    2) you would want to spread your nutella or cream cheese on the entire
    piece of bread
    3) you should mix the sugar/cinnamon before hand
    4) mix the egg with milk (I know you showed milk in your ingredients list,
    but you didnt tell your audience to add it when you whisked the egg)
    5) You probably dont need a casserole dish that large for the egg mixture
    6) you should heat up the pan before you dip the bread in the egg mixture
    7) put it on medium heat, you can use oil or butter (coat the whole pan
    with butter or oil to about 1/4 of an inch)
    8) once heated begin dipping each roll and place directly in pan, there is
    no need to put it back on a plate. a) it makes the bread too soggy when you
    wait b) it cuts down on possibly spreading salmonella
    9) as you mention, you do want to roll out the bread with a rolling pin.
