This quick and easy no oil hummus recipe is rich, creamy and full of flavor! Best of all it is 100% plant based vegan with no cholesterol.
Eat as a snack, take to parties or even pack in your lunch box for a quick and easy meal that is healthy for you and packs a delicious flavor punch that both kids and adults alike will love 🙂

Ingredients:
1 x drained tin chick peas (425g tin)
1 x drained tin cannellini beans (425g tin)
2 large cloves garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbs tahini
1/4 – 1/2 cup drained liquid from tinned beans and chickpeas (more or less depending on the thickness you prefer)
SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:
paprika, cumin seeds, chick peas etc

since I don't eat butter or margarine anymore I use homemade hummus in its place.

Use a Silicon Spatula to clean out not waste ingredients you woman drive me nuts watching you throw ingredients away for other reason than wrongly done,,, Lolllllll… Why omit trade those beans,,, not use the garbanzo beans? No Arabic recipes calls for that trade off,,, Hummus is an Lebanese Arabic Middle Eastern Recipe,,, Lollllllllllllllll …

I just made your recipe. It is the first homemade hummus I have ever made and it was delicious!! Now I know I won't need to buy it anymore when it was this easy to make.
You should really boil and peel
Those chic peas first before you blend them so they'll be much smoother consistency.
