Good Day! I’m confused about the chilled whipped cream. It was mentioned
that it was chilled then how come it was liquid?

I wanted a 1kg Oreo cheesecake, so I doubled the recipe. It turned out
really well. I realized that the key for a firm cake is to make sure that
we beat the whip cream till soft peaks form. If the whip cream is still a
little runny,we will not get a firm cheesecake even if you chill it to
eternity. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!
Hello! The cheesecake looks really good. But i have one concern before i
attempt making it. I realize you only put about 100g of cheese which I
find is pretty little for the amount of whipped cream used. Would it affect
the way the cheesecake forms if i put about 440g of cream cheese and 200ml
of whipping cream? Was just ondering if it will affect the consistency of
the cake and the setting of it in the fridge. Hope to hear from you soon!

hi, i have another question… will this cheesecake melt if i put it on the
outside for too long? i’m going to bring it to school for my friend
birthday… and we can only eat during recess which at 10.50 a.m… my
country is hot.. maybe like 30 celcius…
