    Yes, I think this recipe has to be at least 50% olive oil by weight

    @TOstevo You never had a gazpacho? You gotta try this! It’s a classic
    spanish dish; really delicious and refreshing, especially in summer. I
    never had one with peach in it so far, but I’m sure it adds to the basic
    recipe.
